Teller County & Western El Paso County Broadband Plan (PDF)
In the fall of 2015, Teller County, in partnership with the cities of Woodland Park, Cripple Creek and Victor and the Cripple Creek-Victor RE-1 and Woodland Park RE-2 school districts, engaged NEO Connect to prepare a business plan and strategy for broadband expansion and technical assistance for the County. In January of 2016, the service area was amended to also include the western part of El Paso County in the study area. The shared goal of the entities in Teller County and western El Paso County is to provide abundant, redundant and affordable Internet service to citizens, businesses and visitors.
