No Burn Restrictions in Effect at this time
Board of County Commissioners of Teller County, Colorado, by virtue of the authority vested in the Board by the laws and Constitution of Colorado, including specifically C.R.S. § 30-15-401 (1 )(n.5), that the Stage I Fire Ban enacted with Board Resolution No. 11-20-2025 (32) is hereby rescinded and repealed effective at 12:00 p.m. December 11 , 2025.
