PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget for Teller County, for the ensuing year of 2024 will be submitted to the Teller County Board of County Commissioners in a regular meeting to be held Thursday, 10/12/2023, at the County’s Centennial Building in Cripple Creek. Copies of such proposed budget will be made available to the public in the County Finance Department in Cripple Creek, and on the County’s web site, at www.tellercounty.gov. The Board of County Commissioners will take public comments on the proposed budget at the advertised budget hearing at the County’s Centennial Building in Cripple Creek, Colorado, on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
Any interested elector within such Teller County may inspect the proposed budget, direct any questions, and file or register any objections thereto, to the County Budget Officer, at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget. The 2024 budget will be considered for adoption at a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Thursday, 12/07/2023.
