Please send any changes or renewed Liability and / or Worker's Compensation Insurance certificates to Community Development Department (CDD) email so the Building Division can update your license.
Information for New Contractors in Teller County
New Contractors need to also have the following
Teller County Building Code (PDF) (this item is also available at our office)
Please Note:
Teller County Building Division does not accept incomplete or partial applications. If an incomplete application is faxed or mailed in, the items submitted will be destroyed in 30 days if not completed.
