To both questions, the answer is a firm "No." You hold a lien against the property, not the property itself. Visiting or entering the property would be trespassing.

While the owner of the property is a matter of public record, we absolutely do not recommend that you contact the property owner to "get them to pay," or for any other reason. On the strongest of terms, we discourage such activity.

After you hold the lien for 3 years, you may apply for a deed.

We can accept credit cards (both in the office and online) to satisfy a lien. Only other forms of payment will be with certified funds (cash, cashier's check, or money order).
