Mission Statement
The mission of the Teller County human resources department is to provide expert consultation, services and solutions that support the goals and challenges of Teller County. We are committed to providing our employees with a stable work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, recognition, open communication, accountability, trust, mutual respect, and an equal opportunity for learning and personal growth.
