Beginning on July 1, 2025 document filing fees will change Statewide due to House Bill 24-1269.
Filed and recorded documents will be charged $40 regardless of the number of pages, plus a $3 state document fee.
Death Records are exempt from filing fees.
Uniform Commercial Code (UCC's) filings do not change.
