Contractor Portal

Contractors may create an account or login to existing account.  This portal allows contractors to view the account status and permit activity, including paying any trip fees, and to schedule inspections.  
Currently, only Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Roofing contractors are able to pull permits and pay for them through their portal.  All major credit cards as well as ACH payments are accepted.  

COMING SOON - Revisions will be coming soon for the contractor portal where both homeowners and contractors will be able to create accounts, monitor permits, schedule inspections and pay for fees.

The Teller County Building Division in collaboration with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department will be implementing the Regional Building Department's Online Permit Tracking System for Contractors and Public Use.
